- restructured the two-plan source into a HubSpot-style three-plan model (Starter sprint / Growth / Scale) above a unified comparison table
- plan cards rounded-2xl border bg-card + shadow-sm; recommended plan gets ring-1 ring-primary/30 + a Most-popular pill
- comparison rows use a size-4 CheckCircle2 in text-primary (the single signal), Minus for excluded, string values for graduated tiers
- brand-true fixed-fee milestone-gated sprint copy; no fake dashboards
- oklch tokens only, static, dropped utils regDep, horizontal-scroll guard on the table
